Do you ship discreetly?
Yes, All orders will come in a plain brown box. The return address will say "AM Labs"
When will my product ship?
We currently operate on a 10 business day production time. Once your item ships you will receive and email with the tracking information.
Do you offer a suction cup base?
Currently we do not offer a suction cup base. We do however offer a vac-u-lock add on so a vac-u-lock suction cup can be add later.
What kind of silicone is used to make your products?
We use 100% body safe platinum cure silicone. This type of silicone is the highest rated material for adult toys. Platinum silicone is also odorless, non-porous, hypoallergenic and easy to clean. Please see our toy care tab on how to clean your product.
What kind of lubricant should I use on my toy?
It is highly recommended that you only ever use water based lubricants with silicone toys. Silicone lubricants can cause damage to your toy over time.
How should I store my toy?
Silicone should not be stored with other toys, specially of other materials. It is best to store in its own bag/box.
